| | | One last thing to consider:
the muscles around the abdominal and lumbar region are predominantly slow twitch, thus not given to much growth potential.
You'll want to build your hips and shoulders for the figure you want. |

What you want, it sounds like, is an hourglass figure, which honestly you may never acheive because you seem to naturally be very slim but you should try to see yourself the way others see you

| | I agree with what other have said -- Your body is KICKIN' already!!!
On thing I'll throw out that goes against what others have told you so far is consider exercises to develop your upper back/torso as well as exercises that target your glutes/quads/hammies.
Increasing the size of the muscles in your back will increase the "ratio" of body up there and will give you a kind of V shape that will lead to the hourglass figure. Add some lower body booty and thigh mass to that and you'll have lean curves.
But again, you have a beautiful body already so don't stress too much about it -- just don't go in the other direction |

Your figure is already in good condition, but I understand the dilema you have, so yes, I think the only way to getting close to your goal is to increase some muscle around that area. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
