| | | Shape my body, make me hot Hello!
I want to know if i can do fitness to shape my body. I have large shoulders and small hips (or no hips). It makes me very straight. Can i do any exercise that raise my hips (trully), decrease my waist and make me curves ?!
Here's a picture of my body: |

| | | i see what you mean. a lot of your body shape has to do with your bone structure, and we cannot change that.
what we can do is suggest a good lower body routine emphasizing squats and deadlifts, to help add muscle to your hips, and glutes...and put less emphasis on adding muscle to the shoulders.
its also a matter of your body fat percentage. you appear to be quite slim, so you're just not storing fat in the normal places a woman stores it....her hips, thighs and butt. |

| | | Indeed agree with Malk. Giving your body new definition is completely do able, however for alot of women they stray from really wanting to change it because it does require some lengthy and for some bold efforts.
You should look into a moderate bulking program with training efforts really focused on your lower body. Lunges, squats, deadlifts, being careful not to go to much with the shoulders and upper back. Its delicate as to not create extreme muscle imbalances but with the right conditioning its very possible to manipulate what you have to work with naturally.
I would also suggest looking into a good trainer to kind of jump start you on your way in the beginning as your goals are a little more involved then just fat loss or overall gain.
I would like to add that I personally think you have a beautiful frame and that there is nothing unhealthy or wrong here, just a matter of preference for yourself. I am sure it wouldn't take much time to make those little changes and achieve the goal.

About not taking much time to have changes, i had another idea, that was very hard and required verys months or years...
I just have one question, i want to be like this:
Its POSSIBLE or i can only dream it ?
Thanks you again all you that answered me. |

| | | Do you store much fat in your midsection? It really doesn't look like you store much fat anywhere, lol. Its difficult to tell in the picture. You do appear thin but its tough to tell what you've got to work with in that picture. I don't know how modest you are but maybe post a picture in a pair of jeans and maybe a bathing suit top or whatever you are comfortable posting. Its just tough to tell with the skirt and sweater. Or, if thats uncomfortable, get a good trainer who can assess your structure, bodyfat etc. and let them take it from there. Good luck, hope we can help a little more. Greg |

| | | Yes, dont be too caught up in the looks thing. Youre slim but youre ok. And yes, doing some squats and lunges will help shape the legs and rump. BE SURE to get assistance first so you know proper technique. They arent bad but you want to do them right. You dont see too many women doing squats but they are a wonderful exercise. Nothing wrong with your frame. I like it as well. Just be patient and get some good nutrition and rest to help support your workouts and get out there and bust some arse! |

You might consider "New Rules of Lifting" Alwyn's workouts are very hip and leg intensive and low on isolation work. The most oblique work is Russian twists.
My squats have seriously improved, from a crappy 180 with such horrible form from the first rep people cringed to watch, to 210 in perfect form since August, from all the posterior chain work he puts in his workouts.

Can you put pictures of your improvement ? It can be good to become more believer! What are those "180" and "210" ?
Thank you for trying to help me ! |

Thank you for trying to help me ! | Obliques are the sides of the abdominus. What you want to slim.
The 180 and 210 are poundage. As for my picture, no. I'm not fit for an example, simply because I haven't been diligent in my eating habits.
Perhaps in 3-4 months. I'm aiming for presentable for summer. |
