That's fine with me

But anyway, no matter what happens, i think it would be fun to include a new lift chart. Preferably Bench press!

Bench press is probably my strongest lift, but I still don't care because I'm unconcerned with my 1 rep max. I couldn't even tell you what it is...on any exercise

It does seem odd to have two powerlifting lifts charted and not the third though

Yeah, let's get a bench chart! The three big lifts are the DL, Squat, and the bench! So let's get one eh?! I think it'd be sweet. I've thought of it before too.

It's just kind of a fact, 3 core lifts, bench, squat, deadlift. Isn't that right?

That's how I think of it at least.

I don't see why not...While we're on it though, i do believe that someone tried to start a bench press chart but didn't have much success with it.

bench isn't better than military press. but it does make more sence to have a bench chart than military press chart since bench press is one of the 3 lifts in a PL comp.

well you need to get the mods attention, since they can top it and whatnot.

I don't really care because my bench sucks too but I'm just wondering how many people on here are gonna try testing their 1RM with really crappy form and ending up with shoulder problems

the same could be said for deadlifts and squats. If you have bad form, you should get it corrected. If you don't know that you have bad form, you're screwed.

Yeah, of course that's a very good point, I'm just one of those people who get pissed off with the 'so.....how much do you bench?' crowd. I have a feeling they'll get drawn to the thread like flys round ****

I think we should have a tricep pulldown thread though, I'm pretty good at those!
