Yea im good at those aswell, but once youve done the whole rack (which im sure many have) theres no point.

We should have a Curling in the squat rack thread, because as we all know, you can curl way more if you do it in the squat rack area.

Absolutely. How come we are crying about a bench chart when we should have that plus a calf raise chart, curl chart, and lateral raise chart.
