skimmed milk powder

Can someone tell me if Im doing the right thing using skimmed milk powder to top up my protein intake? I put 6-7 heaped teaspoons on my muesli, add it to my milkshakes and put it in milk to drink with peanut butter and banana sandwich for breakfast. I love the flavour of it but not sure of its value in my diet. I have searched posts but have been unable to find any info.
Thanks for any help on this matter,
tt.

it definitely does increase your protein intake, but i honestly think it is cheaper to get some kind of regular protein powder
