Since the snatch pretty much works everything from your toes to your head, I'd put it on the day you do your powercleans. The olympic lifts are hard to put into a bodypart split unless you start doing stuff from the hang.
I agree with evo with how hard it is to snatch in a split routine. When I get to my 3 days/week, full body cycle, I'll snatch every one of those days at the beginning of the work-out. On my 4 day split routine, I'll focus more on OH Squats, front squats, and deadlifts that will transfer over well to snatches and cleans. Are you doing legs just one day a week, or two? If you are doing legs 2 days a week, you can alternate between cleans and snatches.
