Exclamation so many questions on abs but one thing i haven't seen anwsered

yes, theres alot of topics on abs and getting a six pac but and we all know by now the answer is not to overwelm yourself with countless ab excersise but spot reduce your fat with high nutrients, but one question i haven't seen asked is, on the days you work your abs how many ab excersises should you do and how many sets and reps for each excersise? and any recommdations for really effective ab excersise, thanks=)

sets and reps will depend on what exercie you do and what your goals are...if you want to make tham bigger than the usual 2 - 3 x 8 - 10 will be helpful...if for endurance the age old 100 crunches a day over a lot of sets is the way to go but pretty useless really...the harder the exercise you do the less sets and reps you'll do...just go by feel more so than sets and reps...if you can still do more with good form, do more...if you can't, then don't

I disagree with Swan05. Doing 100 crunches a day is not a good idea...IMO.

If your ab exercise contains a weight (cable crunch for example) then do 10-15 reps per set. If your ab exercise contains NO weight (plank pose or crunch for example) then focus on PERFECT form and go until exhausted... with PERFECT form though

I agree......also, working abs 1-2 times per week is plenty.

lets read this again and i edited with capitals:

sets and reps will depend on what exercie you do and what your goals are...if you want to make tham bigger than the usual 2 - 3 x 8 - 10 will be helpful...if for endurance the age old 100 crunches a day over a lot of sets is the way to go BUT PRETTY USELESS REALLY...the harder the exercise you do the less sets and reps you'll do...just go by feel more so than sets and reps...IF YOU CAN STILL DO MORE WITH GOOD FORM, DO MORE...IF NOT, THEN DON'T

NEVER MENTIONED FREQUECY...NEVER ENDORSED ENDURANCE TRAINING FOR THEM AND LYNN JUST REPEATED MY LAST POINT
