| | | some questions... Hi, well i will start my bulking again, i buy creatine when i should take them(pills) before, after workout, and what is the amount of water i should take?, then a trainer in the gym told me that dips are bad, that dips where used long time ago and he put me to do another exercise... but i really like dips, then that working the lower abs (rising the legs) really don`t exercise your lower abs that all the exercise was concentrating in the legs... that you will feel like a workout in the abs but they will not be working.... |

| | | take the pills after your workout with your protein shake. next time buy straight powder, as you need 3-5g of creatine, which is probably 6-10 of those pills.
dips are great.
rev. crunches work the lower abs. lifting your legs from flat on the floor to perpendicular works the lower back, hip flexors and lower abs...so I would stick to rev. crunches. |

| | | Malkore is right. Pills are expensive and overrated use the powder you get a better absorbance percentage. Dips are great any excercise like that where you use your body as weight (push ups, crunches, dips) is a great work.
