split workout

What are your thoughts on splitting a workout into 2 seperate session?

You can see my current routine here:
http://training.fitness.com/weight-t...ine-30857.html

The guts of it is
Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Chest / Shoulders
Day 3 - Back / Arms

I was thinking about leaving my legs day as is and splitting my upper body into am / pm sessions
Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Chest morning / Shoulders afternoon
Day 3 - Back morning / Arms afternoon

Thoughts???
