Sudden difficulty in eating at all!

Query re dieting..

I've been bulking for a while, everythings been going as planned etc.. Up until I stopped dieting (as in, cals were lowered and it was a lot of convenience food but still 50%+ clean) for around two weeks or so.

When I tried to get back onto my old diet, I found I literally couldn't stomach a proper meal. It's as if the food just doesn't wanna go down and won't! If I try forcing it I'll feel sick instantly and so that stops me again.

Tried easing back into it, as well as adding extra liquids and smaller portion sizes but nothing seems to be working. The added liquids will just make me feel even more sick. I would just give it more time but it's been this way for about a week or so (a week of constant trying).

I have tried just forcing the food down but that results in feeling like I'm/gonna puke for hours on end so its not really viable!

Couple of theories:

a) is it possible that my body just doesn't want to bulk anymore? Cuz I've put on about 25lbs and quite a lot of thats been fat, so could it be that there's just a threshold that my body won't go over in relation to size/fat level?

b) nope, just the one theory lol

If anyones been through anything similar, I'd appreciate any advice!

Thanks.

First don't try do eat a *****load of food in one meal.
Eat a lot of food but in 5-6 (or more) meals spread evenly throughout the day. That means you're gonna have to eat every two or two and half hours.
Make your own high calorie shake (ex. 500ml 1% fat milk, 2 tablespoons pb, cup or two of oats). That's more than 1000 calories right there. It will go down easier than solid food.

Thanks for the advice, but I already do all that, I actually have that exact meal you mentioned.. Even that shake makes me feel sick after the slightest amount.

It's not so much getting the calories down me at the right time, but just getting more than a couple hundred calories down me at one sitting. And feeling sick for hours after from only that.

Atm I'm sitting it out on less than a third of my calorie requirements a day but I'd rather not do that as it's detrimental considering I'm on a bulk.

haha, i wish! (not)

I'm still recovering so at the moment I'm on a strict diet of comfort food, only stuff that goes down easy - so pretty much just takeout and juice!

no shakes/tuna/oats/anything nasty!

I should have my appetite fully back within a few days though so I'm making the most of it right now, which, funnily enough, will aid getting my appetite back!

Bring on the burgers!
