suggestions 4 a new- free weight only routine

hey, im gonna scrap my old workout asap, coz im not getting the results everyone says i should, and it always just feels like an alternative cardio workout- low weight, high reps...

anyway, can u all please give me suggestion as how to go about my new routine, using only free weights.

exercises, reps, sets, max %, times all welcome...

There are a lot of different ways you can go?

What results are you trying to see... fat loss? muscle gain? more power/speed?

My suggestion is either work with a personal trainer somehow, but if you make your own routine... make sure you hit all of the muscle groups. Split routines are worthless. You should work the whole body (most of the time) during every routine.

But the order of exercises depends on your goals too.

Sorry about being so vague but knowing your goals would help.
