is there a way to keep muscle without working out?

Say if I were gone for a long time from lifting, and I didnt want to lose any mass...is there any way I can keep muscle by doing push ups or somthing?

Big fan..Randy Rhoads was one of the reasons I picked up guitar...now I'm trying to pick up some weight...haha

The key to maintaining your muscle is to figure out what your maintenance calorie intake is. Now, not lifting? I think it will be EXTREMELY difficult to keep what you have, even if your eating enough calories to maintain.

Prison is all about the weights...also the soap. It's true what they say, that soap is REALLY slippery.
