tightening the chest without bulking it up

hey everyone... I work out regularly to some extent in that if I am not lifting weights, I will do pushups quite often (every day/every other day). I have been lifting heavy weights however for several weeks now at an approximate rate of 2 times per week. When I do so I use a universal inclined bench machine. I've noticed that my chest is getting bigger, however I really don't want to have a huge chest. . . I just want to have a nice tight and firm chest. Basically, I would really appreciate tips and ideas as to how I can make my chest more firm, without it getting any bigger. I would also like to know if cardio such as running will help reduce the size of my chest (i.e make it more firm). Thanks a lot for reading this long post and feel free to share comments and ideas
