Lightbulb Training: cardio in circuit, balance your training

This is a circuit training made for general physical condition. Most of the exercises are aerobic so it is quite good to balance the "muscle gain" training. It has leg, abdominal, lumbar, pectoral and triceps exercises. It should take 20 mins per round:
