| | | training and non training days everyone says your diet should be differnet on training days and non training days, but what should be different? more carbs on training days? more protein on the day after training? |

| | | Like some of the other posts - I have a carb/protein drink during and after a weight training session and i also have a heavy carb meal of starchy carbs one hour after my training.
