Is this upper body workout routine on the right track?

Since I've found out that my workouts have all been overtraining, I was wondering if this routine would be a good idea. (I'm trying to learn since I got the internet and multiple experts to talk to on here)

I will post the exercises I plan on using once I find out if these are the muscles I should work out on these days. Here it goes

Monday: Upper Body: Biceps, Pectoralis Major (Sternal, Clavicular), Both Neck Muscles (Sternocleidomastoid and Spenius), Rectus Abdominis, Obliques.

Tuesday: Upper Body: Triceps, Deltoids (all 3 deltoid muscles), Trapezius (All 3 Trapezius muscles), Erector Spinae, All Forearm Muscles.

Wednesday: Upper Body: Biceps, Pectoralis Major (Sternal, Clavicular), Both Neck Muscles (Sternocleidomastoid and Spenius), Rectus Abdominis, Obliques.

Thursday: Upper Body: Triceps, Deltoids (all 3 deltoid muscles), Trapezius (All 3 Trapezius muscles), Erector Spinae, All Forearm Muscles.

Friday: Combination of a few various upper body exercises

Saturday: Cardio, Rest

Sunday: Cardio, Rest

I'm just trying to put my hard effort I've been using into a routine that is effiecent

Thanks

So you're planning to ignore the lats and the legs, and will probably be using fluff exercises for traps and erectors.

Well, I just hope you're not trying to gain size or improve your performance.

Dude, I think you need to spend a bit more time researching good routines and reading answers to questions like this in the forums. This routine will get you laughed off the net .

Jesus this is hard to get correct

I read on here that you should hit each muscle 2-3 times a week, so I've got that on the routine

Could someone explain what I've got wrong, or could link me to someone else's schedule that flows correct to follow?

Don't stress your body so much every day. Let the weekend be your resting days. If you want all around fitness, try full body workouts. That's what I do. Here is a balanced workout schedule that follow.

Monday = Upperbody
Tuesday= Cardio
Wednesday= Core
Thursday= Cardio
Friday= Lower Body
Saturday= Rest
Sunday= Rest

You guys are brutal on this guy.. I think that you should stick to a full-body workout 3 days a week, as others have suggested. This is a GREAT workout routine, the best I have seen, the best that many have seen, this should get you on the right foot and maybe build up to a split in your routine: The 3-day-per-week, full-body workout plan

Make sure that your diet is in check as well!
