Hi there. I am a male 40 Yrs and 87 KG
First I am no expert but let me share some points with you all.
I started gym about 10 months back and I was 105 kg then
When i started i could do 15 minutes of cardio and some small weight training
now i can perform cardio upto 80 minutes and great weight training
I have lost good weigh and have built up awsome muscles
I lost first 10 kg within three months by reducing my diet intake exactly by half.
When I reached 95 kg i stoped loosing more weight even after increase in exercise routine. then I realize that i need to reduce further diet as I am no more 104 kg. I did that and reached 87 kg
From 15 minutes of cardio to 80 minutes took me a long time but I use to increase my cardio time 2 to 5 minutes every week
As the muscles got stronger i could do more
I still have lot of fat to loose specially from my tummy but I have realized that i cannot spot reduce.
Finall no one is destined to be fat. Just go on doing your thing once you start feeling good believe me you wont be able to stop
