want healthy cheeks and big face hello iam male 18 .i need help ,my problem is my cheeks are not good looking they are not healthy.i want a healthy and a big face iam really very sad and depressed..my weight around 57-58 kg..i really need ur help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me out .i want some fat on my cheeks so that the face looks good ..i hope all of you help me out.i can do anything just tell me what to do -
you just have to start eating more. you cant gain fat ONLY in your cheeks, is your weight stable right now? if so, add atleast 500 cals to your diet and you should start gaining some weight. you could start weight training too so you get some muscle with it if you want to gain weight. -

in my opinion much depends on your facial structure
i have a face that traingular in shape and sort of looks like a fox
i dont have much plump in my face either and sometimes it looks like my face has been sucked inwards....lol
but i really dont care about it
post some stats like your height and weight and maybe you can know whether what Karky mentioned is right
i am not sure whether gaining weight should help unless you are skinny or sort off

iam not talking about any surgery really.i want some tips or any diet on improving my face and cheeks..iam 5'10".iam weak by face only .. .just give me any diet or any suggestion which can i follow regularly and i got a gud cheeks .and 1 more thing i want to tell. i have healthy and a gud face when i was 13 years old..but now my face looks tottaly changed..i want my face back pls.i hope u help me out there .thts y iam here to ask u all.

You're 5'10 and weigh 57 kilo's!! How is it your still walking around!! of course your face looks thin!
take what your eating a day then double it, then double that again, and eat that every day. If you're a guy then 57 kilo's is not a healthy weight for your height, not even if you were a girl. You might even want to see a doc, you might have a slight case of malnutrition.
I may be exagerating a bit but 57 kilo's is very VERY little, too little. -
my body is not very thin looking .only problem is with the cheeks my face colour is very fair.i know look gud when my cheeks got filled.just i want to feel better to myself not for others -
just smile and im sure they'll look fine -

Hate to break it down for you, but it's not like you can go to the gym and train your cheek muscles (LOL). No diet or training program will change the shape of your face. It's like trying to have a special diet to get your ***** three inches longer. Similar Threads -
