weight lifting any time of day ?
Is it ok if i keep my normal routine threw the week set to certain days but can do them at whateva time suits me or should i try to stay at a set time for each one for the day.

you should stay within the same time of day per week because you body will adjust accordingly... but we all have lives outside the gym and sometimes it doesn't work out that way. I sometimes come in the morning, sometimes in the noon and sometimes at night. I have a messed up work schedule

Highly disputed topic, many different opinions. Likely no definitive answer. As each time has different cons and benefits. Just pick a time that best suits your lifestyle.

yeah, i know alot of people who feel best when they just get out of bed after a good nights sleep, eat a huge breakfast, wait a bit, then go lift.
Me, i could never do that, id die..

In the whole scheme of things it does not matter. If you get the workouts in you are fine. If there is a difference in training time it is not big enough to matter.
A lot will depend upon feel. Some people feel better in the morning, some in the evening.
