Weight Sled
Im gonna start doing resistance cardio now plus some interval stuff.
Has anyone successfully made a weight sled like homemade style? I got a general idea but was wondering if any of yal have made one

Look for old weight sleds on Ebay or even Cragislist- I know they sell for cheap on there- just gotta make sure you don't get ripped off.
You could also put a car in drive and push it for some resistance

Im pretty much stuck between either using the metal "tub" of like a radio flyer or the "tub" of a wheel barrow. And im gonna use cinderblocks for the weight cause weight plates are kind pricy and cinderblocks are free

It cost me $22 to make and the harness(no pic) is a extra full-body harness that you would use to secure yourself in a tree stand that i cut the leg straps off of.
p.s. cinder blocks get heavy fast!!
