Westside For Skinny Bastards

I've been looking for a new workout routine and I found this program DeFranco's Training - Westside for Skinny Bastards A modified lifting program for "Hardgainers"

I am 6'2 about 140 lbs and need to put on more weight and increase strength and was wondering if this program is good and does it really work as well I wanted to know how long you can use this program for before having to switch to a new one.

Other than having a silly name, it is reportedly good and is based on the Louie Simmons methods from Westside Barbell Club. As long as you eat properly and go along with it you should be fine.
