| | | What body type are you? There are three basic body types. Which one would you say you are?
An ectomorph? - characterized by a light body build with slight muscular development. Hard gainer in terms of muscle and fat; tends to stay lean.
An endomorph? - having a heavy rounded body build often with a marked tendency to become fat. Somewhat easy gainer, but is often obscured by a layer of fat. Hard to lose fat.
A mesomorph? - having a husky muscular body. Easy gainer and can easily lose fat.
Or unsure?

| | | You mention endomorph twice. Your first definition is for an ectomorph. You may want to edit your post. |

| | | Mesomorph. Gain and lose fat relatively easily... gain muscle mass very quickly. |

| | | I'm sorta unsure. My natural build was probably more ecto than anything but when i started lifting i gained fairly easily although that has slowed up alot recently |

| | | I gain muscle and fat pretty easily. Which means I get lazy from time to time and have to start all over again (like now). but no matter how hard I try, even when I have toned arms, chest and legs, my stomach always has a little flab. I had a four pack for a while but that's long gone. So I don't know what I am. |

| | | I always thought of myself as an endomorph, but that is really just my self image. I always see myself as heavy, even when I was 115 pounds.
Technically I'm a mesomorph. I build muscle easily and have a balanced hourglass figure. |
