| | | What do you think of this piece of equipment? I need a bench press rack. Would these work well? Seems like something I could easily stick out of the way as well. Anyone use them? I want to put more weight on my barbell and I can't do that while picking up the bar from the floor

| | | yeah, don't see why not. Sure there are better equipment out there, but it's usually a question of what you can afford. Just make sure its tall enough. It looks kinda short, so to unrack it you might have to actually do half a bench press.. |

| | | I agree, they do look a bit low
the link says..
"These racks are very good piece of equipment, They are ideal for pressing bench or for Shrugs, Curls, Squats, bars stands. Exercise barbell, for upper body workout. The more you use these racks the more you will like them."
I don't possibly see how those could be used for squats, but I'm sure they will get the job done for benching. |

| | | Hmmmm...they only adjust to 2 and a half feet of height. I think I'd spend a bit more. Do you have an academy store near you? | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
