What weights to use?

What weights should I use to tone up my stomach and the rest of my upper body and how do I use them?

I already do cardio 3 times a week what else can I do?!!!

Isn't toning removing fat so you could see the muscles? If so, the treadmill alone could do the trick... he says nothing about getting more muscle tissue. Take this as a question of mine..

Hi Charliepants, you can look at the link on a post with workouts. The guy recommends multi-joint exercises or what you might call compounds. I also asked about fatman pullups and the guys here were helpful.
