Yeah, I think I am going to start a 5 day a week full body program. It's outlined on T-Nation... this one: TESTOSTERONE NATION - Stripped Down Hypertrophy
I think something like that would wear my ass out, then I will just recover most of the time.
I would like to do some type of body weight training though.... have no idea what I could do besides ab work though? |

Just checking......
If they are, you could do various pushing and pulling body weight exercises. Anything come to mind, my friend?

Pushups come to mind, maybe I could do some tricep work between the beds or something.. haha by pulling I am guessing you meant pullups.. don't know if I will be able to find something to do those on... but I will look like a hawk.
Would love to get leg work in as well... I know I could do bodyweight lunges but that wouldn't do much..
what else? |
