When I went out of the country for a few weeks a while back I brought bands, they really helped. But if you're not competing, I'm with Tony, meet some girls.

do some BW stuff. I wouldn't want to go 2 weeks without any work done. You won't start serious detraining, but you don't want your body to get accustomed to not working out.

.... or you could just have a good ol' time and not worry about it.
I think something like that would wear my ass out, then I will just recover most of the time.
I would like to do some type of body weight training though.... have no idea what I could do besides ab work though?
Refined Wisdom and Spirit: You're arms are attached to the shoulder sockets correct?
Just checking......
If they are, you could do various pushing and pulling body weight exercises. Anything come to mind, my friend?
Best wishes

lol
Pushups come to mind, maybe I could do some tricep work between the beds or something.. haha by pulling I am guessing you meant pullups.. don't know if I will be able to find something to do those on... but I will look like a hawk.
Would love to get leg work in as well... I know I could do bodyweight lunges but that wouldn't do much..
what else?

Hand stand push ups
and for legs you can do one-legged squats with added weight, weighted lunges, etc.
Check the bodyweight exercise section.
