I used to hate squats, but now I love them equally as much as deads. Dips I enjoy too, maybe because I've made so much progress in such short time.

your crazy. I hate them, but i still do them twice a week, i want to get better. Balance is a problem for me too, but more the fact that when i go heavy i get so tired i pretty much cant do anything else in the gym after

lol.. i hear ya. i cant really go heavy yet or i'll fall over lol. i like a challenge so i like them. i guess i'm the opposite lol.. i have to do them kinda early because if my legs are tired when i go to do them.. i'm not going to make it lol

Heh all part of the devastation known as NROL's Fat Loss II lol
You start in regular bss position with weights at side. As you lower your body, you clean the weights to your shoulder. When you get to 90 degrees on your supporting leg you then do the press, lower the weights to your shoulders. Then come up from the squat while lowering the weights to your sides. That's one rep. Have a nice day.

lol.. so some bss's with a curl and a shoulder press. nice... i see people doing those all the time with regular squats.. im def going to hit those today

Squats and Push-ups - so easy to do no matter where you are. Always good for when you're sitting around and feeling a little lazy, jump up and do a few squats and push-ups makes you feel a bit better lol.
