You start in regular bss position with weights at side. As you lower your body, you clean the weights to your shoulder. When you get to 90 degrees on your supporting leg you then do the press, lower the weights to your shoulders. Then come up from the squat while lowering the weights to your sides. That's one rep. Have a nice day. |

lol.. so some bss's with a curl and a shoulder press. nice... i see people doing those all the time with regular squats.. im def going to hit those today |
