    When lifting above me

Hi i have a weird problem where if i do a benchpress or dumbell press or w/e my arms shake and go all floppy. The weight isnt too heavy for me as i make sure i can do at least 7+ reps on anything, my arms arnt skinny at all either. What could it be?

poor stabilization perhaps, maybe due to not focusing on those muscles during the move, or because they are less developed.

Is your routine diverse, or do you stick to bench press and bicep curls?

shoulders and lats work hard to balance the weight during something like bench press, so if either are weak, you'll be less stabil even though you have no problems repping the load 6-8 times.

Your form is most likely wrong. I used to have that same problem, than someone told me I was holding the bar the completely wrong way, and it fixed my problem. It doesn't hurt to ask for help while at the gym either.
