i know you definately use it after a workout but what if it was a more of a cardio and still makes your muscle a little bit tired such as a martial arts class? or even running? |

All protein powder is is an easier way to get more protein into your diet. Secondly, whey protein is useful after workout because your body is in need of quickly digestive protein. |

| | | This isn't a comment aimed at anybody or anything but just thought i'd say how annoying it is the amount of times somebody in work has called a whey protein shake a "power drink" and some of them when they see mix drinking it think it is some kind of magic potion :yellrotfl:
