| | | Whey protein Isolate or creatine? hey, im 16 and im training 4 days a week, i want to gain more lean muscle but i dont want to be huge, what do u suggest taking for lean muscle gain out of the two??

| | | They are just supplements, you don't gain mass just cause you take some protein or creatine. You need to be in a surplus of calories. You need to read up on nutrition (check stickies) and also the supplement section. |
