Whey protein Isolate or creatine?

hey, im 16 and im training 4 days a week, i want to gain more lean muscle but i dont want to be huge, what do u suggest taking for lean muscle gain out of the two??

They are just supplements, you don't gain mass just cause you take some protein or creatine. You need to be in a surplus of calories. You need to read up on nutrition (check stickies) and also the supplement section.

TehLeip is dead on, if you already have enough protein then more is just useless. And if you're already getting foods with enough creatine, then it wouldn't do any good to supplement more.
