first off let me point out that, Weight lifting stunting ones growth is a total and complete MYTH. . as long as you are doing your movements properly and safely you have nothing whatsoever to worry about.

In Theory Lifting moderate amount of weights could actually HELP with your growth. When you sleep your HGH levels raise "human growth hormone" aswell do IGF-1. people who exercise with weights have higher levels of these hormones. Not to mention Residence training Stimulates bone growth to some degree. although no study has ever been done on the subject in theory it is very possible that moderate weight lifting can help to stimulate bone growth(in regards to height increase) from many points not just limited to the heavier release of hormones that affect ones growth(such as HGH,IFG-1) and so on.

A nice full body workout would be a great place to start.

You can find them here in the forums, or just google them.

Here's one, and it even lists exercises you can do for each major muscle group:

MuscleTech – Full-Body Workout Extreme Fitness

Remember to keep up with your nutrition! In fact, read the Weightlifting 101 stickie at the top of this forum!

You'll do fine! Good luck.
