To workout or not workout...that is the question

Ok, so for the last 2 days, I have felt like crap. Binged on junk and have felt sick ever since. I have felt weak and tired and just plain crummy. Now, I do not plan on doing ST since I feel weak, but I was wondering about cardio. Is it ok to do 30 mins of steady state cardio when I'm feeling this way, or would it be better to rest up?

What is ST?

It would be best to get your nutrition down packed. You may want to start by a nice little detox to flush you out. Then get started.

Doing cardio at a steady state will burn calories. If your body is in toxic conditions. You will most likely lose more sugar and aminos from muscle than fat.

ST means strength training

I'd agree with the detox - start eating as clean as you possibly can to let your body cope with what already is in your system. While your sickness could be due to what you ate, on the off chance it's not you might be better off in active rest rather than a full on workout.

Considering I haven't been able to eat much, I am just trying to eat whatever I can, which has been toast with butter and bagels, for the most part. I have had lasagne and that didn't go over well.

I did 30 mins of cardio on the elliptical just now. I made it thru ok, but since I got off the machine, my stomach hurts. It kinda reminds me of my gall bladder issues....it can't be that tho bc they removed it.

Thanks for the info!
