I prefer splits to FBW's because they allow me to train on back-to-back days. Also, I find that I can't apply 100% max effort for all the compounds needed for a proper FBW in every session. That probably wouldn't be such a major deal if you're training for hypertrophy but I mainly train for strength so I don't like being sub-par for the big lifts |

Personally I prefer splits, mine goes M,T,T,F and I'm currently doing a push/pull split. |
