Workout for those with a lil extra pounds

Any body know any workout for those with a few extra pounds like on those TV shows for obese people?

Circuit training

Not sure about any specific workout. I think I read something like this on T-nation which routines aimed for calorie burning. I'll try and find it.

I found one workout but that guy looks like he has shed most of his weight.
