They have that velcro. But they don't just slip a little, no, they slip off my hands! And when they're on my legs they go all the way to the heel so I can't even walk.

try wrapping something underneath so that they fit snuggly. like tensor bandages or something, just be careful not to restrict your circulation, after a couple of min. check your capillary refill by piching your nailbed, if it takes longer than 2 sec for your fingernail to turn pink they are too tight. good luck with that..

I am thinking of doing those shadowboxing and punching bag stuff with them on, as well as those resistance cables.

I'm planning to actually wear them nonstop when I am at home, but I gotta get them to fit first...

I just dont understand why the hell they put sand in this thing and not some sort of heavier solid. It would be so much better if it had a definite shape.

I see inexpensive ankle weights haven't changed since 1987. My parents had two different pair, velcro, sand filled. Couldn't jog more than two houses down the street before the sand bags had slipped down past the velcro and were smacking me.

Most useless exercise equipment ever...right after that wheel with the handles...

I have a few pairs as well, they kinda suck. Look, just friggin shadowbox. Don't make it overly complicated. If you want some sort of resistance, add weights later. You are not going to do well if you have never shadowboxed and suddenly throw weights into the equation. You need to learn how to move and how to punch first, and that's going to be through going at it with no weight and no resistance.

If it had a definate shape, you probably couldn't put it on.

Don't wear it all the time. Just do your workout and walk away. Number one you're not going to get a huge workout from sitting on your ass watching tv with weights on your ankles. Number two, walking with high weight attached to your appendages (in this case legs) is not conductive towards good joint and hip health.

The best place for them is the waste basket. How do they compliment your goals in ANY way?

Hm... So you want stronger hip flexors then? That's pretty much the only thing getting worked, and that doesn't make much sense.
