    11 ways to Improve your Healthy Living

    So, what do you guys think of these. Some are extreme, some are right along with what I strive for.

    I found a lot in there I could agree with - I'm definitely working on trying to avoid processed foods right now (for so long I was convincing myself that lean cuisine counted as healthy... bad bad). I also think a lot of people overlook how important a good nights sleep is to what we do here!

    I'm all about the breathing one. but hyperventilating counts as breathing right?

    Hmm - loved the emphasis on whole foods - of course that matches my personal belief and philosophy so naturally I agree!

    Sleeping - yep, totally critical. A friend who struggles with this found it helped to have a bedtime alarm, a daily reminder that it is time for bed. My reminder is that my eyes shut and I drop into unconsciousness!

    I suspect breathing is important - I don't do it well. FF, you often mention it in your journal posts - tell us more?

    I like the idea of "ask yourself better questions" - internal, mental negativity is something I struggle with. Need to consider this concept...

    You have provided a great list on how to improve one's health. The challenge lies on how to stick to it even after you have reached your goal.

    Go for a brisk walk. Your body was made to move. Your heart is a muscle that needs movement to function optimally. We know this but we often need a reminder to just do it.

    In this age, living style should be improved to lead a simple and healthy life, So your all tips are good to remains stay fit and healthy.

    These are some really nice and effective tips to stay healthy. But the most important thing in the attempt would be commitment and consistency, which we need to show in implementing all these tips. As if we are willing to improve or maintain our health, but responding inconsistently to a health plan, nothing will work.
