| | Im jealous--------------->two jars of peanut butter at once
A roter rooter is a tool that rotates out into the toilet bowl (like a snake), and goes into the neck portion, and as you twist and turn it (if a manual one and not mechanical), it extends into the throat of the toilet, and will dislodge anything choking the crap out of it, and let the toilet flush, so it the toilet can be used again later and filled back up by some dude HOPEFULLY on a diet.
Oh, no, FF is going to get me for explaining this one........Protein Boy, there ya go.
Anytime you dont know, just ask. Its all good!
I have been on a zig zag diet (2s and 5d), and I have to make adjustments. For a week now (and weighing at the same times and same cloths, Im dropping weight, Im down to 152 average now, and only flex to 154 during the day hydrated. No dietary changes other than increasing complex carbs and maintaining protein at 1.3 per lbs of body weight (a slight increase). Dang body is to efficient for its own good.

| | | ok.
things i know about the motivational part of diet and exercise:
-need to have a positive outlook
-need to have some goals to fulfill so there is a desire to succeed
-the mind can control the body's ability to perform and motivate. poor mindset=little motivation=little success
-have to believe in yourself to achieve great things
-motivation helps you exercise better and diet right, and exercise and diet can give you motivation
a roter rooter:
-tool that rotates out into the toilet bowl to dislodge anything clogging it
-purifies the pipes of impurities
-helps things run smoothly
-its like a snake?lol
uhh...
so diet and exercise can be 'our' roter rooter to help get all the crap out of our system.
physically AND mentally because exercising also makes us feel better mentally because we feel accomplished and fit. it helps us clear out our minds anything bothering us and not letting us do our job on a daily basis.
good diet and exercise also can eliminate clogs in the arteries...as a roter rooter eliminates clogs in a toilet's pipes?
