Getting a part-time job soon.

I'm only 16, but I've been huge in fitness/nutrition for a while now. I keep it healthy, and do my research on what to eat and when. Currently, I'm trying to bulk up after going from fat to way skinny, and I've been putting on about a pound a week.

So, it's all been going good. I plan my diet/exercises around my school, but there's a new problem arising. I really need a job, and will be getting a part-time job soon, but I'm really worried that it will hinder my bulking efforts in combination with school, and that I won't be able to get enough food in and have enough time to exercise.

Can anyone here give me some ideas to cope with it? I need the money, especially since I'm paying for car insurance and gas now. Thanks.

Prepare your meals in the morning, pack them so you have them ready when working. If you find it hard, or you're unable for some reason to bring food to work, just get some whey/casein protein powder, add some milk and some oats, blend it all together, put in a bottle or shaker, and you're good to go. You'll have a fairly healthy liquid meal which has got a significant amount of calories.

What sort of job are you going for. It depends on the job whether or not it is going to slow or hinder your progress.

its all about time management. I have 3 kids, full time job. Not to mention all the stupid school board meetings I sometimes have to attend at night.

You'll find a way it will just take some adjustment.
