Laying Down - Back Pain

Ever since I hit 14 or 15, I've had this annoyance that always bugged me. After every day, whether I worked hard or not, as I lay down to sleep, once I exhale I get a pain go all throughout my back. It's never been unbearable pain and usually goes away after 3 or 4 exhales, so I never felt like going or asking someone about it, but, I find myself on this website and I'm curious, so if anybody has any information, thanks.

Check out nucca chiropractic care - I enjoyed it.

It's NOT standard chiropractic and doesn't involve twisting or crunching.

That doesn't sound like a self diagnosis issue. You should really go in and see a medical professional.

To me it sounds like you have very tight hip flexors. I have the exact same problem, sometimes I can't sleep for 20-30 minutes...

Read about Muscle Imbalances Simplified

You need to stretch your hip flexors and strengthen your glutes.

That's what the doctor came to the conclusion of. Thanks a lot everyone.
