stretching quads after knee replacement
I can't completely do the traditional standing qual stretch because since my knee replacement, I cannot bend my knee enough to grab my foot and pull toward my butt. Is there any other way to stretch your quads. I want to reduce my thighs and have been told to stretch the quads after exercising.
