Tips for a muscular body...?

Tips for a muscular body...?
I have been exercising very aggressively for the past 6 months in order to give a very good shape to my body. I do 50 sit-ups and around 40 push-ups in the morning and also go for 5 km walk. But I don't see any muscles building on any parts. My body posture/built remains more or less the same. I feel very jealous of my friends who have started looking as muscle men since we started at the same time. Any tips how I can build my muscles ??

Do you/can you get access to a gym? Or will you need to train from home?

Also, how much do you weigh and what's your daily calorie intake?

To accomplish your goals, you have to:

1. Stress those muscles, with our without weights (e.g., dips). You are only working your pecs, triceps (pushups) and abs (situps)right now and nothing else.

2. Cut your body fat so you can see them.

3. Give it some time.

See the stickies on accomplishing 1 and 2
