Trouble Sleeping. Help!

Whenever I step up my workout routine I have trouble sleeping. I usually can fall asleep easily but I sleep fitfully the rest of the night. And it doesn't seem to matter how late I go to bed I can't sleep in.
You usually hear about how people sleep better when working out...well not me.

I'm exhausted. I really some ideas. Has anyone else experienced this?

i have tried reading before bed, i usually workout around 6:30-7:30ish every day, i usually try to go to bed around 11:00. I struggle to fall asleep and stay awake. Reading books has helped me in the last year. I used to hate to read before that.

Just FYI, this is a spam dude. Not a serious post. What they do is someone post a serious question, like this topic, then "someone else" comes along and recommend a website they say works. Ideally, you'd want to be careful of first posts questions that involves a setup like this. The idea here is that people will post many, many suggestions and people will think that the site provided is legit.

Smile Trouble Sleeping..

Hi, I posted earlier about EmergencyUniversity helping me with my Anxiety and Depression. They also offer a course about Sleep. The course addresses the following questions (taken from website directly), "What should I eat before bedtime to get a good night’s sleep? Should I work out close to bedtime? I work the night shift. How do I spend time with my family on the weekends, and still get enough sleep? What should I do when I find myself nodding off while driving? Does alcohol affect me differently when I’m tired? Does the amount of sleep I get affect my ability to learn and retain new information?"

More, "Good sleep is essential to everyone. Studies show that individuals who get more sleep are healthier, lose weight more easily, learn faster, retain more information and are happier than those who do not get enough sleep. Yet, poor sleep is pervasive in society, from the night shift worker who must sleep during daylight hours, to the overly tired mother whose anxiety keeps her awake at night, to the teenager whose natural sleep tendency just doesn’t seem to fit society.

Understanding how lack of sleep affects us is important to developing the necessary motivation to improve our sleep habits. Nowhere is sleep more important than in the transportation industry where fatigue often translates into serious injury and destruction of property. Drowsy driving costs millions of dollars in accidents and much more in human tolls."

Hope this helps!
