Worn out?

I work out, quite frequently actually. I'd say I'm in really good shape. There isn't a day I don't go to the Gym, it's practically a routine. I feel like something is missing if I don't go.
I have a question.
Last time I worked on my chest was Tuesday (5 days ago, I also worked out every other part of my body in those 5 days). I went into the gym today to do chest again and I started warming up with 135lbs on bench. I put on 185lbs(which I usually rep) and could only lift it five times before I was EXTREMELY worn out. I then moved on to decline bench and had trouble lifting 135lbs. I feel no pain in my muscles (accept my legs which I did yesterday) but I am taking supplements, and recovery products.
My question is...
Would my body be still recovery from the workout I did 5 days ago but I would not be able to feel it?

P.S. When I was lifting it didn't feel heavy at all, just felt like I COULD NOT lift it.

I appreciate the help.

A few questions:

* What is your diet like?
* Are you getting enough calories?
* Are you getting enough sleep?
* How long have you been training for?
* Are you sure you didn't over-do it the last time your trained?
* Are your motivation levels waning?

It could be that generally your body needs a break - just like most people in a Monday to Friday 9-5 job get the weekends off, we still get exhausted and need a couple of weeks of R&R ... maybe that's what your body needs?

I dont think you need to warm up with 135lbs.
