Hello. I was working out before for about 2 months saw glorious results but stopped due to my elders advising me not to work out until I'm 16-18. My body was not fit in terms of cardiovascular excersizes but was strong enough to weight lift. I wish to stay strong enough to be able to start working out again. For now I'm doing 20 pull ups(hoping to be able to do more) , 50 push ups; one normal and one thrust up, 100 crunches, 50 chair dips; 20/20/10 for every other day and I'm running for an hour the next day . I'm wondering if I should continue with this or start my weight lifting
routine again because my gym teachers are saying that working out is fine as long as your don't lift 400 pounds.
