15 y/o workout plan?

so i'm a soccer and tennis player and i've been noticing that gaining muscle would definitely help me improve in both sports. i was only about 97 lbs a year and a half ago, but then i started doing bodyweight exercises (pull-ups, chin-ups, squats, push-ups and crunches) and now i'm 5'7 and 115 lbs. now my gains have started to slow down and i think its time to start with actual weights. . i'm looking for exercises that will help me gain some strength and mass to my arms so i can hit a tennis ball harder and also some more upper body strength so i don't get pushed off a soccer ball so easily.
i'm looking for a workout plan with weights but many times our school closes the weight room for a variety of reasons, so i want to have a back-up plan, maybe just bodyweight exercises so if the weight room is closed on one of my workout days, i can go home and work out.

for tennis you should aim to work both the arms and the pecks so pushups, chin ups and the like are good bodyweight exercises
