What type of equipment, if any, do you have access to at home? On average, how many calories per day do you eat? Are you currently losing weight, gaining weight, or staying the same?

Well I don't really have any equipment at home but I could possibly get dumbbells, and I don't really know how many calories I eat a day but there is what I usually eat.

Breakfast:2 pieces of bread with butter, and a coup of tea.
Lunch:2 slices of Cheese Pizza with Coke or sometimes french fries.
Afterschool: A whey protein shake, 2 pieces of bread. An apple.
Dinner:Some soup and some beans a cup of milk and some salad. And a cup of protein shake before I go to sleep.

Well first off pizza and coke and french fries aren't real food, or protein shakes. Meat, and pump iron

first you really need to change your nutrition if you want to develop the pack.

regarding the vegetarian meal plan , you can go on my website on the pages

-Nutrition there is a very good ebook there with vegetarian meal.what you can at first is try the 7daysfreemealplan and see if you like the meal.this is free, and if you like the it you can the get the book for more recipes.it's fool of veggie recipes.

- fitness-4-teens, flat abs 6-pack abs are more about the types of exercises you can do and how to do them. also there are some great advice there , even if you are a beginner have a look.

also, bear in mind that, you must not do all the exercises in one day, take them one at a time and don't feel frustrated. concentrate more on what you want to achieve.

let me knpw if you have other question or need help,

best of luck
