im 16, 6'3 and weigh around 12 stone....
im going to start a workout to get in shape and hopefully get a six pack for 4 weeks time.
basically i want to train my abs and lose a decent amount of fat(to make my abs visible and and lose fat off chest)...
is this possible in around four weeks??
im kinda new so any suggested workout/diet plans will be great
(stuff like suggested breakfasts and workout sessions)
