    Post 19 year old Tall/Skinny Male in need of Workout Routine Help

    Hey Guys,

    Im a 19 year old guy, im on my university's rowing team, however i am lankyyy. I weigh only 148 pounds and im 6'2. Ridiculous right? Im new to this site, i made an account when i saw previous posts about people who are in the same situation as me in terms of gaining muscle. I read all the information about proper diet/supplements, but i was wondering if someone could actually supply me with a proper workout routine to follow if i go to the gym three times a week? Thanks
