Thumbs up Extreme conditioning workout

Here is another awesome workout that I did this morning. This is a full out conditioning workout that you should time yourself in and see if you can beat it about every 2 weeks.

All you need is a jump rope. Complete this as fast as you can.

Here it is:

50 double unders-50 push ups
40 double unders-40 push ups
30 double unders-30 push ups
20 double unders-20 push ups
10 double unders-10 push ups

50 double unders-50 air squats
40 double unders-40 air squats
30 double unders-30 air squats
20 double unders-20 air squats
10 double unders-10 air squats

50 double unders-50 sit ups
40 double unders-40 sit ups
30 double unders-30 sit ups
20 double unders-20 sit ups
10 double unders-10 sit ups

50 double unders-50 sky divers
40 double unders-40 sky divers
30 double unders-30 sky divers
20 double unders-20 sky divers
10 double unders-10 sky divers
