| | | Help a 14 Year Old Get Fit Hey guys, I am 14 and I want to get more fit. Right now I have a little stomach fat and some small man boobs (really embarrassing to be in a bathing suit) I think that my muscles are nice but I would like to get a little stronger, the only thing that sucks is I have no access to any exercising equipment. I am on my school lacrosse team and I get somewhat of a workout from that. So basically:
1. What can I do to loose some stomach fat?
2. How can I loose my man boobs?
3. How can I bulk up my biceps?
Help? |

| | | Apple Jacks and Water for breakfast
School lunch for lunch, usually pizza, hero or chicken nuggets.
Small snack when I get home from school
Dinner is usually chicken, or steak with veggies and a side of rice, potatoes or salad. |

| | | Wow. Cut out the crap at lunch. Basically you should just go for healthy maintenence, and do cardio to lose the fat.
Maybe go for 6 smaller meals per day to keep your metabolism up. Dinner looks good, what's the snack after school? Apple jacks? Sorry I live in UK, no idea what they are. It's the lunch that's keeping the fat up.
Run 3 or 4 times a week, at least, building up the distance, to burn off the fat. Shouldn't take too long. |

Apple Jacks isn't a healthy food at all. Quote:

| Nothing at school is ever healthy. Prepare lunch the day before and bring it to school. |

| | | Ok, what should I have for breakfast then? Is turkey on a roll with lettuce a good lunch, with water? |

| | | Depends on the Turkey. Oh right. Here in UK school lunches are fairly healthy now, where I live anyway, due to Jamie Oliver. |

| | For breakfast I would say a whole grain cereal and I would cut up bananas and put them in my cereal .
For lunch I would say the diet turkey cold cuts + low fat cheese on a wheat roll.
If you are physically active and eat healthier I don't think you would have a problem losing the weight. |

| | | If its pre packaged Turkey, or pretty much any turkey not bought "fresh" behind the meat counter. Then it is full of nitrites that convert into nitrosamines in the body which are highly carcinogenic to the body. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
