Help Please!

Hi my names mike im a 18 year old male about 160 pounds,6'1 and got a small-medium size build. (go to the gym roughly 4-6 time a weeks for about 90minutes each time)

my concern today is this

When i first started going to the gym which is about 4 months ago when i worked out all my muscles would tighten and be firm thourout the weeks.
Now when i workout my muscles barley tighten up at the gym and there flabby for the rest of the night,Its not beacuse im not working as hard, i go till i cant do any more reps, so i wondering why is this, its very fusturating when you see your friends getting bigger than you but your working way harder than them, so please help me understand whats goin on here...

I saw your other post here:

Which isnt correct advice, and you were in fact wrong.

With this said, what exactly do you mean when you write you do reps until you cannot do anymore? What training program are you following?

What facilitates growth or is THE main ingredient within a recipe set, is the diet. You say you eat like crap and have abs (though this isnt at all "impossible" with some), you cannot blanket everyone in the same category. Diet is the key partner for ab revealing. Display your diet, your training, your recovery period. How about revealing your pre and post workout meals. And, lastly your goals.

You are pushing yourself too hard. I have done what you have done and I lost a half inch to my arms and got weaker by doing that workout all the time. I used to be able to curl 50, but now I curl 40. I think you should focus on getting stronger not getting bigger because you get bigger as you get stronger. I would just stick to the dumbbell curls and add preacher curls and stop the other curls because they attack the same body part.
